House SwapCan't sell my House!
We are hearing this more and more in the U.K.
You may be interested in moving to France but am unable to because due to the Credit Crunch house in the U.K. are not selling very much. However, many people are now thinking of swapping. This could be a good idea if done correctly via solicitors and notaires.
This is an option we would look at if the properties were right for both parties.
Although we love living in France and have done so for the past 7 1/2 years we find that we need to return to the U.K. for family reasons.
The areas we would be interested in are Lincolnshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire & Shropshire
